I’m a strategic, marketing-minded professional with a proven ability to align brand objectives, industry goals, and community initiatives into a clear and authentic market presence. I believe a brand is more than a logo or a website - it’s a promise. And that promise needs to be protected.
Trust. It's hard to earn and easy to lose; which is why brand protection sits at the core of every marketing decision I make. With extensive experience across both B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, and graphic design, I bring a well-rounded and practical approach to the full marketing mix.
I’m highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, producing on-brand graphics, studio-level photography and retouching, videography, and audio content. Beyond creative production, I’ve managed events from concept through hands-on delivery, led web development and digital strategy initiatives, built email campaigns that generate awareness and qualified leads, and developed compelling proposals and tender documentation aligned to organisational objectives.
I bring strategy and creativity together to create marketing that not only looks professional, but performs. From brand development and campaign execution to events and digital strategy, I focus on making every touchpoint purposeful, building trust, and delivering measurable results.
During my initial tenure at Islamic College of Melbourne, I was solely responsible for all marketing and externally facing design functions, acting as custodian of the College’s brand.
I led digital advertising and broader marketing strategy, delivering targeted campaigns that supported enrolment growth and brand awareness.
Working closely with Enrolments and Business Development, I aligned communications with student acquisition targets while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints for a cehesive marketing experience.
I transitioned into a B2B marketing role within a dedicated sales and business development team, focusing more on sales enablement and lead generation.
I developed a strong understanding of digital platforms, using LinkedIn to drive targeted outreach and engagement while clearly articulating the organisation’s purpose and people-first positioning.
I also independently managed industry events and hosted online forums & thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and generate qualified leads.
Upon returning to Islamic College of Melbourne, I was appointed to lead the entire marketing function, overseeing brand strategy, governance, and integrated initiatives. Shifting from execution to strategic leadership, I strengthened brand positioning and further aligned marketing activity with enrolment and growth objectives.
Working closely with executive leadership, I guide creative direction, manage external partners, and deliver a cohesive, institution-wide strategy that supported business development while maintaining a consistent value proposition.

Outside of work, we enjoy spending time at home with our pet budgies, Burt and Rico, relaxing along the coast during the warmer months (my wife is a beach fanatic), playing board games with friends in the winter and camping when we get the opportunity. I'm not a big dancer.
We are well travelled, having visited more than 40 countries between us.
Our favourite travel destination is my wife’s country of birth, the Dominican Republic.
